Order Policy
1. How do I place an online order?
(1) Choose the products (the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc) you wish to purchase, the item is added to your cart.
(2) Click the Checkout button.
(3) Confirm your delivery information, make sure your billing address matches the shipping address .. Then you can proceed to checkout.
(4) You can confirm you payment information and choose your payment method.Enter your redemption code if you have one.
(5) Review the order information before submitting.You fill in your credit card information and make sure that the information is authentic and matching it.
(6) Then you will receive a confirmation email about the order.


2. Custom, Duties and VAT
We always packaged the order as a gift, but because all items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, thus some countries may impose import duties on deliveries. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties or taxes that may be imposed on a delivery in the destination country.


3. Notice
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Cancelled orders that have not been shipped will be refunded with a deduction of 6% of the order (s) total price cancellation. Cancellation fees are charged to administrative expenses and transaction costs involved in the cancellation of order (s) to be covered.


We process all orders within 6-8 hours after your order is placed, so we may not be able to place an order after it is placed cancel. I hope you can understand this key point.


What's more, we are unable to accept cancellations for products that have already been shipped and our Return Policy will apply in that case.


4. Duplicate Orders
From time to time we received duplicate order (two or more of very similar orders) placed within a short time of each other by customers. For security reasons, we do not have access to the credit card details of customers and all payments for orders are approved by customers themselves.


Our order preparation processes are automated and we are unable to catch duplicate orders unless alerted by customers. We can not guarantee that we will read the request to cancel a duplicate order pri


Return Policy


If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within week.All items sent back to us must be in original condition ie not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Or merchandise will be returned to the sender.
1. A return authorization must be obtained from customer service specialist. Or the returned package will be returned to you.
2. Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.
3. Pack merchandise. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address, ship-to name, address, order number, reason for return.


Exchanges Policy
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order receipt for merchandise.
Specify the exchange item and the new color or size in your email to the customer.
Items must be in original condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.
Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.


Note:
1. Shipping is not refundable.
2. 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
3. If the items are Non-quality Problems, customers need 20% postage for exchange shipping costs add.
4. Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

1) Packing & Sending Your Return
2) Wrap your unworn item in the original packaging.
3) Take a reason code on the packing slip for each item you wish to return.
4) Remove the packing slip in the shipment, and keep a copy for your records.
5) Enter your address information on the label to make your package, and drop it off at your nearest post office. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for packages lost in transit.
Processing of returns
If your return reaches us we will process it as soon as possible.You will receive an email about the status of your return shipment. Once it is confirmed that within the given deadline and have returned the items in good condition, we will be the amount already paid as soon as possible, but no later than after 14 days, return the money to your account.
